What the Job Involves
As Head of Local Link, you will be at the frontline of the housing service, responsible for ensuring a positive interaction between residents and the housing team. You will lead the Local Link model, delivering quality Neighbourhood services and supporting residents from allocation of new homes through their tenancy. Your role involves providing strategic direction, managing budgets, collaborating with internal and external partners, and ensuring compliance with health and safety policies. You will also oversee complex cases, manage contracts, and maintain a detailed knowledge of current legislation and best practices.
