What the Job Involves
The role is based at Camberwell Foyer in London, focusing on preventing homelessness as per the Homelessness Reduction Act. You will conduct housing needs assessments and create tailored housing plans for individuals, manage cases, and deliver front-facing services. You will provide advice and mediation, manage housing applications, and assess temporary accommodation needs. Working closely with Lettings services and handling private sector advice is also part of the job. An emphasis is placed on excellent customer service and maintaining accurate case records while meeting performance targets.
