Your experience in managing change in social care settings allows you to build consensus and develop new service models. You are an excellent communicator, confident in public speaking, and can work independently with initiative.
What the job involves
In this role, you will lead regional partnership improvements for Foster Wales Cardiff and Vale of Glamorgan, promoting best practices and effective partnership working. You'll collaborate nationally to develop fostering services across Wales. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality services, leading regional improvements, managing recruitment, and implementing regional work programs. You will manage a small team, oversee performance data, and be the first point of contact for the "Fostering in Cardiff" service.
