Who You Are	An enthusiastic Social Worker passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable children and young people, particularly within the realm of children's disability services.
What the job involves	Working as part of the Children's Disability Service, you will handle varying degrees of needs for children under different processes including child protection and care proceedings. The role involves enhancing communication skills and working closely with disability support services to deliver support packages. The job covers working in a team with a dedicated assessment team and two longer-term teams covering different county areas.
