This role involves supporting the Welsh Government funded employability provision, Communities for Work Plus. You will be responsible for managing a caseload of clients, developing support plans, addressing barriers to employment, and delivering training needs. The role requires maintaining accurate records, collaborating within the team, and engaging with community resources to enhance program effectiveness.
