A dedicated and experienced professional with a background in child protection and team management.
What the job involves
Managing a team of up to 7 social workers responsible for child protection assessment and intervention. This includes handling legal work, attending court, holding team meetings and briefings, supervising and ensuring quality of work, and chairing important meetings related to child welfare. You will also present performance data and develop improvement plans for senior leaders.
