What the Job Involves
The role involves working with adults, carers, and partner organizations to develop and implement care plans, assess needs and risks, and ensure wellbeing and protection. Responsibilities include conducting safeguarding enquiries, assessing mental capacity, using resources effectively, and participating in multi-agency collaboration and meetings. You will also provide guidance and support, maintain professional records, contribute to service improvements, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
