Who You Are	You are a law graduate or hold an equivalent qualification, with experience in pre-action casework or housing management litigation, particularly within housing associations or public sector organizations. You are an accountable decision-maker with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
What the job involves	This role provides legal support and advice on housing management and landlord and tenant litigation matters. Responsibilities include assisting solicitors with possession claims, access injunctions, and defense of disrepair claims. You will draft legal documents, manage pre-action casework, and support training across the organization. The role involves client liaison, litigation support, and maintaining accurate case management records.
