Who You Are
An experienced social worker with a passion for achieving the best outcomes for looked after children. You bring creative and analytical thinking, coupled with recent experience as a case holder for Looked After Children.
What the job involves
You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective care and pathway plans to achieve permanency and stability in placements. The role involves working with a varied caseload of children in care, supporting them from infancy to 18 years old. You will develop risk assessments, safety plans, and work closely with partners to keep children safe. The position also involves supporting children through assessments, care planning, and life story work to help them transition to independence.
