Who You Are
As a Cleaning Operative, you have experience undertaking cleaning duties, basic understanding of health and safety protocols, and the ability to deliver work in a variety of locations. You are reliable and flexible, and demonstrate a positive approach towards work. Additionally, you should be able to handle some physically demanding tasks. Applicants must live within the Hastings/Bexhill area and a driving license is essential.
What the Job Involves
The Cleaning Operative position is a temporary, 6-week assignment working Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm, totalling 35 hours a week. Based in Hastings, this mobile role will require you to travel and work across various sites. Duties include cleaning communal areas, kitchens, toilets, bathrooms, showers and other facilities, using cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively. You must follow health and safety procedures at all times, maintaining high cleanliness standards across all sites, and be willing to handle challenging cleaning tasks.
