What the Job Involves
The role includes working closely with the market to enhance the supply of Temporary Accommodation (TA) and Private Rented Sector (PRS) housing, ensuring alignment with local authority homelessness duties. You will be responsible for procuring and managing relationships with landlords and converting existing leases. Additionally, you provide valuable advice to landlords, help manage complaints, and ensure that service delivery issues are promptly addressed.
