Experienced Social Worker (Grade 12)

Must be Registered with Social Care Wales. The post is based in Cynon Principal Offices- We work with individuals over the age of 18 with complex and long-term care and support needs. We work towards achieving positive personal outcomes, supporting people with both physical and mental health needs in the community. This is subject to flexible working from home with an expectation that you will attend the office a minimum of once per week. We are looking for someone with experience in adult services with strong values with the ability to manage a complex caseload. Rate £30.50 PAYE or £38.43 Umbrella
