What the Job Involves
This role supports vulnerable adults across the borough using a strengths-based model of practice. You'll assess, review, and develop support plans to aid residents and their carers in maximizing independence, enhancing quality of life, and strengthening resilience. You'll handle non-complex caseloads, work creatively with partners, and assist social worker teams with more complex cases. Engaging closely with colleagues and external partners, you'll facilitate effective use of community resources, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and participate in safeguarding strategy meetings and multi-disciplinary team efforts.
