An experienced pest control officer with a RIPHH level 3 certification, ready to cover Westminster. You possess a valid driving license and have a strong sense of responsibility towards maintaining public health standards. You're an adept planner and coordinator, capable of working independently while delivering high-quality service.
What the Job Involves
Your primary responsibility is to ensure the City of Westminster is free from rats, mice, and other vermin, complying with statutory obligations under various health acts. You will deliver a customer-focused service in line with legislation and council policies. Responsibilities include carrying out site surveys, coordinating treatments, preparing reports, managing clinical waste, and participating in emergency call-out rosters. You are also tasked with maintaining proper records and ensuring the proper use of council-issued equipment and vehicles.
