Who You Are

We are seeking an experienced HR professional for an initial period of 4 months. Ideal candidates will have achieved or be working towards chartered status of CIPD, or hold a Level 5 qualification. Experience in local government or the public sector is advantageous. Start date: as soon as possible. For more information, contact Alison Mills at 307865.

What the Job Involves

This role provides an HR advisory service covering a broad range of activities. Responsibilities include advising managers on HR queries, supporting restructure/TUPE processes, and acting as the HR Advisor in Employee Relations matters. The postholder will also advise the Chair at hearings and appeals, and may be involved in policy development and implementation.

Skills

  • Chartered status of CIPD or Level 5 qualification
