An Advanced Practitioner dedicated to driving practice development and improvement in services, ensuring the safe and effective delivery of care to adults with eligible needs. You are passionate about overseeing the wellbeing and professional development of your team within the standards set by Social Work England.
What the Job Involves
You will assess and support the training needs and development of individuals and the team. Your role involves providing professional leadership and supervision to Social Workers and Social Care Coordinators, fostering a culture of continuous learning and quality improvement. You will lead support in complex cases and may need to undergo specialist training or perform specialized work depending on team requirements.
