What the Job Involves
This position is dedicated to supporting the Front Door function within the Central Locality Team. Key responsibilities include participating in the weekly duty rota, conducting initial Care Act assessments, screening safeguarding concerns, conducting welfare visits, providing cover for colleagues, and managing urgent enquiries and referrals. You will work closely with the team to ensure effective and timely interventions. Physical attendance is required during designated duty weeks, while hybrid working arrangements apply outside these weeks.
