What the Job Involves

As an Employer Engagement Advisor, you will work with businesses and partner organisations to create employment opportunities for BBE clients, including paid employment, work tasters, and working interviews. Your role involves supporting local businesses with recruitment needs and promoting vacancies, CV matching, and organising assessment centres. You will engage with a range of businesses to develop new relationships and sustain existing ones. Additionally, you will deliver employability support following the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) and Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF) models, ensuring adherence to the Fidelity Assurance System. You are expected to monitor performance, adapt service delivery to meet targets, and maintain a high level of industry knowledge. The role requires occasional out-of-hours work related to key client and departmental events.
