You are compassionate and vigilant, committed to providing top-notch support in emergency situations for individuals wishing to live independently at home. Your excellent communication and computer skills are essential, combined with either call center experience or an understanding of social care for the elderly.

What the Job Involves

As a Call Handler Responder for Carelink, you will oversee emergency monitoring and response services. This involves handling calls, responding to emergencies, and performing safe and well checks for vulnerable community members. You'll install and maintain emergency call equipment, working primarily night shifts from our office and responding to customer homes during emergencies. You will work on a rotating shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays, from 07:00 am to 3:00 pm and 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, totaling 37 hours per week at the Gatehouse, Kedleston Road, Derby.
