Who You Are

You are a diligent and detail-oriented individual, ideally possessing Level 1 education in a relevant area or equivalent vocational experience. You may already have or are willing to obtain the License to Practice qualification from the British Institute of Cleaning Science. You communicate effectively in English and optionally in Welsh, and you are able to respond directly to client inquiries. Experience in the cleaning industry and basic IT skills are preferred.

What the Job Involves

As a Cleaning Officer, you are responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic environment at the Coed Pella Offices. Your tasks include undertaking cleaning duties as directed, replenishing consumable supplies, and operating cleaning equipment according to safety guidelines. Additionally, you will report any defects or problems, complete basic administrative tasks, and ensure secure lock-up procedures are followed. You will contribute to corporate responsibilities such as maintaining Health & Safety practices, liaising with internal and external contacts, and supporting equal opportunity principles.
