You should possess a commitment to maintaining accurate records and staying informed about relevant legislation and industry developments.

What the Job Involves

Your role involves delivering a comprehensive range of mortuary activities. This includes assisting with coronial post-mortem examinations under supervision, managing administrative tasks related to the reception and release of bodies, and facilitating formal viewings for HM Coroner. You will work under the Human Tissue Authority Licence, support health and safety compliance, participate in out-of-hours services, and ensure accurate record-keeping. Regularly reviewing and updating procedures is a critical part of the job.
