What the Job Involves
As a Family Time Supervisor, your role involves ensuring families feel welcomed and supported at the Family Resource Centre and in various community settings. You are responsible for delivering safe and effective supervised Family Time sessions, promoting agreed arrangements, and observing and recording the quality of parenting. You manage records using the London Borough of Barnet Children and Families LCS electronic system, adhere to safeguarding procedures, and de-escalate any identified risks. Furthermore, you maintain confidentiality protocols, engage in personal and group supervision, and ensure participation in mandatory training. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, along with a commitment to diversity and equality principles, is essential.
