An Antisocial Behaviour Localities Officer who is committed to supporting community safety through collaborative efforts. You have a relevant professional qualification or equivalent experience, and a working knowledge of key legislation concerning antisocial behaviour and crime. You are adaptable, flexible, and willing to work some evenings and weekends. Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving define how you contribute to a team.
What the Job Involves
The role involves supporting local partnership efforts to deliver Community Safety in a planned and integrated manner within the locality. You will assist in coordinating, developing, and implementing initiatives to reduce crime and antisocial behaviour. This includes individual case management, contributing to case conferences, and sharing information and intelligence. Operational responsibilities include legal proceedings, preparing case files, engagement and enforcement of relevant regulations, and providing witness evidence in court. Additionally, you will contribute to long-term strategies and ensure that resources are managed efficiently.
