What the Job Involves
You will carry out a comprehensive range of installation, repair, and maintenance work in the housing stock managed by Southwark Repairs. Your responsibilities include diagnosing issues, recommending remedial work, and completing tasks to a professional standard with minimal supervision. You'll engage directly with customers to ensure a smooth job completion and maintain a customer-centered approach to service delivery. The role involves working in various properties, potentially including emergencies and routine maintenance, while adhering to health and safety standards. Furthermore, you will mentor apprentices and trainees, contributing to their ongoing development.

- City and Guilds Plumbing or Carpentry NVQ
- Multi-skilled NVQ
