What the Job Involves
This role involves carrying out a wide range of building repairs, maintenance, and renewals. You will handle emergency and routine reactive repairs on multiple sites daily. Additionally, you will conduct single site programmed repairs and refurbishment work. Your focus will be on maintaining best trade practices, adhering to current standards and regulations, and ensuring high-quality outcomes with a 'Right First Time' approach. Working hours span from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, and 8:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturdays, with the expectation of flexible scheduling to support effective service delivery.
