You are an innovative educator and leader with a passion for digital education and learner success. You hold a teaching and learning qualification at Level 5 and have a degree or professional qualification in a Digital or Computing subject. Your background includes post-16 education experience, curriculum development, and a proven ability to track and monitor learners for outstanding outcomes. You possess excellent people management skills, are proficient in Microsoft 365, and have a strong understanding of safeguarding legislation.
What the Job Involves
The role focuses on shaping the digital curriculum to ensure high standards of teaching and assessment. You will track and monitor learners' progress to support their success while inspiring and leading a team of educators. Key responsibilities include curriculum development, learner progression, delivering engaging teaching sessions, managing and motivating a team, ensuring safeguarding compliance, and embedding diversity and inclusion across all curriculum aspects.
