You are a dedicated individual with a good standard of education and proven customer handling skills. Proficiency in IT, particularly in Microsoft Office, is essential. You can remain calm under pressure and are capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication abilities, with fluency in English and ideally Welsh, are important, alongside excellent listening and negotiating skills.
What the Job Involves
The role involves providing front desk reception services at the workshop, handling customer inquiries both in person and over the phone. You'll be responsible for the organization and management of vehicle, plant, and equipment bookings and ensuring stock records are up-to-date. Duties include managing fuel supplies and databases, liaising with suppliers for parts, organizing vehicle recoveries and inspections, facilitating MOT and servicing appointments, and handling relevant administrative tasks such as raising purchase orders and processing invoices.
