What the Job Involves
As a Family Time Support Worker for supervised contact, you will facilitate and supervise contact sessions between children and their family members. You will ensure a safe and supportive environment, maintaining a respectful and neutral stance. Your role will include monitoring interactions, providing detailed reports, and liaising with social workers and other professionals to support the child’s welfare and family’s needs.
