What the Job Involves
The role involves undertaking social work assessments, planning support and services for clients, and managing a complex caseload. You will professionally supervise Level 2 Social Workers and Customer Coordinators, work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team, and contribute to the development of services. The job requires maintaining accurate records, ensuring safeguarding practices, and engaging in continuous professional development.
