You excel in overseeing large-scale programs using professional project management techniques and have a demonstrated ability to track and formally report risks and progress. You thrive in a collaborative team culture dealing with complex facilities challenges.
What the Job Involves
The role involves providing assurance that statutory compliance obligations are met across a defined estate of properties. You will develop and implement systems and processes to define assurance requirements, audit current status, keep records, undertake maintenance and remedial works, and report to senior management. Principal responsibilities include developing risk-based categorization, project management of compliance reviews, implementing a Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system, organizing systematic audits, maintaining meticulous records, and leading technical assessments. Your role also encompasses organizing remedial works, offering team leadership, and developing targeted reports for assurance and governance oversight.
