What the Job Involves

As a Social Worker in the Vale of Glamorgan, you will manage a mixed caseload of children on the Child Protection Register, those requiring Care and Support, and those in Care Proceedings. You will be part of a newly expanded team with ample support, allowing you to focus on building strong relationships with children and young people. Your work will contribute to our strength-based approach, ‘Building on Strengths,’ which highlights the expertise of our children, families, and workers.
