Project Manager - Mechanical & Electrical (Project)

Who You Are

You are a Mechanical Project Engineer with a degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services. You are capable of working as part of a mechanical engineering team, managing an allocated workload. You have a broad knowledge of mechanical systems, including gas-fired boiler systems, large ventilation plants, air source heat pumps, Legionella control, lifts, refrigeration, and air conditioning.

What the Job Involves

Your role is to organize and oversee mechanical works to ensure the delivery of the team's objectives. You will provide a high-quality, cost-effective mechanical engineering service, ensuring that corporate and leisure properties are maintained, repaired, adapted, improved, or replaced as required. You will ensure compliance with client requirements, good practice, and legislative and statutory requirements while achieving agreed performance targets.
