What the Job Involves

As a Payroll Pensions Officer, you will support the Payroll and HR Systems Team by providing efficient administration and coordination for payroll and pensions services. You will be the initial contact for pension-related queries and provide customer-focused assistance to internal and external stakeholders. Your role includes maintaining up-to-date knowledge of payroll and pensions legislation, handling enquiries, scheduling meetings, generating correspondence, and ensuring the accuracy of pension data. You will engage with various stakeholders to provide advice on auto-enrolment for pensions schemes and support the processing and reconciliation of pension data.
