What the Job Involves
The role involves acting as a litigation solicitor with a focus on criminal regulatory prosecutions while offering the flexibility to engage in various litigation areas like education and general civil litigation. You will provide legal advice on technical laws, policies, and governance and represent the council in courts and tribunals when necessary.
