Practitioner Manager (All Wales Pledge)

Who You Are

We are looking for an experienced practitioner with supervisory or mentoring experience, who will be responsible for decision making at the front door. You should know what good practice looks like, be experienced in delivering excellent outcomes with children, young people, and their families, and be able to manage risk confidently. You also need to promote strong partnerships across a range of multi-agency partners.

What the job involves

The role includes overseeing the screening of referrals, managing enquiries, and ensuring timely decision making for children within the Vale of Glamorgan. You will play a crucial role within the Intake Team, with specific responsibilities based on your areas of expertise.
