Who You Are

We are seeking a UX & UI Designer dedicated to creating digital services that meet user needs. You will be part of our Web and Digital team within Technology Digital Services (TDS). Your role involves designing and enhancing the user interface and experience of our digital products, while working closely with other disciplines across TDS and service teams.

What the Job Involves

• Conducting in-depth user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and preferences.
• Analyzing user feedback, data, and trends to inform design decisions.
• Creating user personas, customer journey maps, and developing information architecture.
• Creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Planning and conducting usability testing sessions to gather feedback and validate choices.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to integrate design into development.
• Developing and maintaining design guidelines, systems, and ensuring design consistency.
• Creating designs responsive to various screen sizes and compliant with accessibility standards.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and improving design skills.

Skills

• Ability to create wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles.
• Knowledge of usability and accessibility standards and guidelines.
