Who You Are

An experienced and dedicated Occupational Therapist with a valid HCPC registration. You have a strong background in handling high volumes of referrals and managing straightforward cases, with at least 2 years of experience in Occupational Therapy. You are an effective communicator, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to work under pressure, manage multiple referrals, and meet deadlines without compromising the quality of care. You are a team player who is proficient in case management, report writing, and ready to conduct occasional home visits as part of the assessment and care planning process.

What the Job Involves

As an Occupational Therapist in our Contact Team, you will be responsible for screening and assessing referrals, providing professional advice, and ensuring the right services are directed to clients. You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals and departments for efficient and effective service delivery, complete occasional home visits to assess needs in clients' environments, and maintain accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and recommendations. Your role will also involve prioritizing and managing a high volume of referrals, aiming to provide the best outcomes for clients by meeting their functional needs effectively and appropriately.

  • Occupational Therapy experience (2+ years)
