What the Job Involves
Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive business support within the Children's Services department, ensuring effective and professional management of incoming and outgoing communications, as well as accurate data storage and management. You'll facilitate meetings, oversee financial transactions, and ensure office supplies are maintained. Additionally, you will play a role in developing and maintaining relationships through effective communication, troubleshooting issues, and gathering customer feedback to improve services. You will also support the development of colleagues by assisting with training and system administration tasks.
