What the Job Involves

The role involves acting as a full-time Safeguarding Lead, responsible for responding to adult safeguarding reports. You will chair multi-agency strategy meetings, coordinate safeguarding activities, and draft adult protection plans. Key responsibilities include managing local authority statutory duties, maintaining accurate records, and enabling risk management through effective coordination with partner agencies. Participation in ongoing service development and the demonstration of core social work values are also crucial aspects.
