What the Job Involves
As an experienced social worker, you will ensure compliance with legal, organizational, and multi-agency requirements while managing a diverse caseload. You will work independently and collaboratively to support children and families, safeguarding their welfare and promoting independence. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, planning care, liaising with partners, maintaining accurate records, and possibly representing cases in court. You are expected to develop expertise in specific areas of children's social care and provide guidance to staff within your team. Flexibility and the ability to work outside regular hours and travel as needed are essential.
