What the Job Involves
This role requires you to be a crucial member of the Parking Appeals and Representations team, delivering effective services in parking and network management. You will investigate and respond to parking-related correspondence, represent cases in adjudication hearings, manage permit applications, and resolve queries efficiently. Additionally, you will mentor new staff, adhere to quality standards, and handle cancellations and refunds. You are also expected to deputize for the Appeals and Representations Manager in their absence.
