What the Job Involves

As a Tenancy Management Officer, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of tenancies, ensuring the effective delivery of tenancy management services. Your role involves assessing and managing risk, delivering tailored interventions, and facilitating support from multi-agency partnerships to promote successful tenancies. You will conduct risk assessments, contribute to fire safety management, and engage with tenants to ensure compliance with tenancy agreements. Additionally, you will attend meetings, maintain case records, and contribute to service planning and development to enhance the effectiveness of tenancy management services.
