Who You Are
As a qualified and experienced Building Surveyor, you are meticulous and detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills. You possess the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with both colleagues and clients. Your expertise aids in evaluating and managing housing stock, ensuring structural integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
What the job involves
This role involves working with Align Property Services to review and assess housing stock primarily in the regions of Selby, Harrogate, and Richmondshire. You will be required to conduct detailed building surveys to evaluate condition, identify issues, and propose necessary interventions. The position requires working Monday through Friday, from 08:30 to 17:00.
