Who You Are

You are an experienced and registered children's social worker with a background in supporting and mentoring learners within a Workforce Development Team. You have served as a Practice Development Officer and have notable experience in designing and leading newly qualified social worker programs (ASYE). As a Practice Educator, your commitment to promoting good practice is evident through your advocacy within the organization.

What the Job Involves

This non-case holding role involves developing and delivering comprehensive learner programs that support the Continuous Professional Development of the social care workforce. These include bespoke programs such as ASYE, Apprenticeships, and Step-ups. You will design and deliver high-quality training sessions using your extensive knowledge of children's legislation, case management, policies, frameworks, and procedures. You will supervise and mentor social care workforce members and support Practice Educators, while also undertaking audits to support the Quality Assurance Service.
