Who You Are
We are seeking an enthusiastic, passionate, and motivated Business Support Officer to assist our work with young people and children at an adult education center. The ideal candidate possesses good numeracy and literacy skills and either holds a relevant Level 3 qualification or possesses equivalent experience. You should have experience in administration, a customer-centered environment, and possesses the ability to manage a busy office while demonstrating excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
What the Job Involves
Your primary responsibility will be managing administrative support for the Business and Operations Manager and other staff members, ensuring standard clerical functions are accomplished efficiently. You will supervise administration staff, process financial orders, assist with learner enrolment, and maintain accurate data systems. Additionally, you will act as support for managers by preparing statistical information and organizing meetings, while ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
