What the Job Involves
As a Social Worker in the Adult Mental Health section, you'll support individuals by assessing, commissioning, and reviewing services to meet their needs. You'll protect vulnerable individuals and assist in developing effective service systems with a multi-agency approach. Your responsibilities will include supervising grade 7 social workers and relevant support staff, managing a varied caseload, offering guidance, and working with colleagues across disciplines. Furthermore, you'll participate in service development and contribute to training plans.
