What the Job Involves

The role involves delivering exceptional housing management services to ensure high operational performance and meet residents' expectations. You will manage day-to-day housing services within a specific geographic area, addressing tenancy issues, anti-social behavior, and service delivery improvements in coordination with residents. Responsibilities include estate management, tenancy verification, addressing breaches and complaints, and supporting rent recovery. You will also monitor budgets, participate in out-of-hours service delivery, and contribute to broader local strategies and improvement projects.
