What the Job Involves

As a Team Leader in the Planning and Growth division, you will provide expertise in planning policy, leading the development of the Southwark Plan and collaborating with planners throughout London. Your role includes working with various stakeholders and council departments to manage policy and monitoring opportunities. You will also support and lead teams in delivering high-quality, outcomes-focused planning services, contributing to strategic decisions affecting the borough's development, environment, and economy. Additionally, you will work on the preparation and implementation of planning policies and engage in project management, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with council goals.
