What the Job Involves
The Legal Officer role involves contributing to the delivery of services for Legal Services Lincolnshire. You will assist in providing high-quality legal casework processing and administrative services to the County Council, partners, and external clients. Responsibilities include providing legal advice, managing casework, preparing for and assisting with SEN Tribunal appeals, preparing bundles, and offering general administrative support to the Education Lawyer. You will engage in performance management, quality standards, and service delivery while promoting an integrated approach to legal services.
