Who You Are

The successful candidate has experience managing a Safeguarding Admin Team and demonstrates a commitment to developing an efficient and customer-focused administration service in Children’s Social Care. You are IT literate, able to effectively communicate with senior management, and contribute to service improvement while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. You are skilled in processing financial transactions and have a strong understanding of Social Care systems. You are also capable of leading a business support team and working flexibly to meet challenging targets.

What the job involves

This role involves managing, coordinating, and developing a customer-focused administrative service within Children’s Social Care. You will be responsible for processing financial transactions in compliance with Authority policies, communicating relevant information from senior management, and contributing to service improvement. Additionally, you will lead and motivate a business support team, ensuring that personnel policies and procedures are followed and that service demands are consistently met.
